By placing an order with Chez Coquette for products which are sold on the Site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read these T&Cs carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact our customer service before placing an order with us.
This Site is owned and operated by Chez Coquette whose company number is 195058 and registered VAT number is 616-079-605. These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the Services and terms and conditions relating to the sale and purchase of Products on the Site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site and Services and the purchase of any Products on this Site will be subject to these terms and conditions.
Everyone is allowed one customer account, but you must be 18 or over to do so. By placing an order on our website, you agree to give your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address (this may be the same as your billing address), and contact phone number. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Once you are ready to check out, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you may select the type of delivery, and the delivery and/or billing addresses. You can correct errors on your order till you click on ‘confirm order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products including Vat and delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. You will be charged in Egyptian pounds even if you do not live in Egypt.
Products delivered to destinations outside Egypt may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities and we advise that you check the import charges applicable to your country before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2-3 days and may take up to 7 working days to reach you. Placing orders: Feel free to use our online shopping cart, located throughout the site. If you’re having problems with the cart, you are welcome to place your order by phone. You can call us +201556325844 on anytime between 10 AM to 4 PM.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return your product, please call and provide us with your order number to arrange the return procedure.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
